The Energizer
This green juice will really give you a turbo charge as it is packed with vitamins, minerals, and live enzymes.
1 handful spinach
After juicing the spinach, gather the pulp and run it through the machine
again to ensure the maximum yield.
½ lime
If the lime is organic, you can juice it with the skin on.
1 lemon
Lemon juice preserves the natural color of fruits and vegetables and
helps reduce the oxidation of essential nutrients in any juice concoction.
1 large cucumber
1 apple
Tiny piece of ginger
Too much ginger can overpower a juice.
Drink your juices immediately after they are juiced to
get the maximum nutritional benefits and taste. If needed use a glass water bottle
